If the airlines make any changes to your ticket, we will always let you know. But if an airline changes its plan at the last minute, you should definitely double-check your flight 72 hours before its departure , either with the airline directly or with us.

Flight itinerary can be changed according to the airline's policies. However, for any changes in your travel itinerary, you need to pay change fees. You need to get in touch with us so that we can see and check if the changes are possible and how much the change will cost.

The majority of the airline tickets are non-refundable but sometimes you can cancel your tickets and the airlines will charge you for cancellation. We charge an administration fee of £70 per person on top of the cancellation fees charged by the airlines.

We send you E- tickets within 72 hours after your payment confirmation and keep in mind that we do not send paper tickets. Your E-tickets will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder in email for the confirmation mail.

The majority of tickets for flights are non-refundable. Regarding the refund process, get in touch with our customer care department team. However, it can take up to 8-12 business days to process the refunds as our refund process is first come, first serve.

Unfortunately, not every airline will allow you to reserve your flight seat ahead of time. Most airlines now charge for seat preferences. With most of the booked airlines, you may only assign seats at the time of online check-in, which is just allowed 24 hours before departure without any fees.
